You have two report groups to choose from depending on whether your property’s contract of sale key documents are current or not, which is generally determined by your stage of property purchasing or ownership. The key documents are essential for report preparation.
If you’ve got a Contract of Sale (COS) that is current, you’re Group 1. You can obtain a COS from the vendor's agent. If we need to order the key documents for you, you’re Group 2. Read on and click the relevant ‘VIEW PACKAGES’.
You will also need to give us a brief on your intentions for the property (your 'proposal') before we commence work. Confidentiality is assured.
PURCHASES
GROUP 1
You are about to or have recently purchased a site or property in NSW and HAVE a current COS with current key documents
GROUP 2
You already own the home or property in NSW and DO NOT have a current COS (within the last six months)
"As a property investor, I always like to seek opportunities where I can increase my passive income. By using the services of Check My Property, it saved me from not over capitalising on an advertised potential granny flat site, as the team did a deep dive to find out that I would not have been able to obtain approval."
"As a solicitor, I like the peace of mind that my clients are making informed purchase decisions prior to settlement. The property profile reports are very thorough and specific to my client's design and build intentions."
"We wanted to extend the back of our home and add a swimming pool. We were advised by the builders we spoke with that there should be no issues with our plans. Upon ordering our report, we discovered there were significant site restrictions that no one else had considered. This information gave us clarity into our design possibilities and saved us a huge amount of time and money. It made the design-build process easy to understand and I felt we were in control of our renovations from the start."
